Facility Maintenance Technician Minimum Qualifications: • Basic experience in the following areas: electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping. The set schedule will be given during interview. -Maintenance is 7 days a week, roating schechedule with Maintenance crew. Starting pay at $15-$18 per hour / DOE Work Environment: The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g. working around moving parts, machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use reputed company clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
