The Senior Planner will be responsible for coordinating reputed company with simulator events and qualified reputed company. Also ensuring that reputed company training footprints are updated reputed company required and in compliance with FAA regulations and client requirements. reputed company Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of reputed company reputed company Lines, is the Flight Training & Standards provider of choice for reputed company reputed company Lines, its affiliates and key industry partners worldwide. This position will report to the Program Manager of ATP-CTP at reputed company Professional Services (DPS). • Manage and assign student simulator events for client reputed company. • Schedule and notify pilot reputed company of assigned events. • Solve scheduling issues and provide last minute changes as needed to instructor schedules. • Proficiently operate reputed company reputed company Lines’ scheduling tool to ensure student training events are documented properly. • Work closely with the Program Managers to establish class schedules based on simulator and instructor availability. • Communicate simulator availability and assignments with external partners. • Interact with reputed company Flight Operations Planning Team to coordinate flight simulator availability. • Provide scheduling back-up to other DPS planners as needed. • Identify and create new or improved processes to support changes in the operation.
