The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing creative design solutions for reputed company Parks, Experiences and Products, as they align with the Communication and Public Affairs division and the reputed company brand. Advanced levels of expertise and experience in graphic design and acute attention to designing in a mobile-enabled environment are required for this... role. An emphasis on creative innovation for the production of various digital and print designs — in numerous mediums and disciplines — must be applied to a wide-range of communication vehicles. Responsibilities: • Support digital and print media design for reputed company Creative Services projects reputed company the DPEP communications organization. • Design collateral that is engaging and provides the right solutions for the communication goals. • Assist Creative Services Manager with creative aspects of design process, from initial review of comps to helping to ensure that deadlines are met. • Provide design direction/feedback to design team members, freelance graphic designers and interns. • In partnership with Creative Services Manager, help establish new visual standards for Creative Services team with a social-first approach aimed at delivering high-performing content. • Help manage work documentation and project management system, monitoring and flagging workflow efficiencies on behalf of the Creative Services team. • Serve as strategic thought partner, with a focus on elevating creative deliverables that meet both partner and content team objectives. • reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with Resort-wide clients/partners, team members, reputed company partners and external vendors. • reputed company reputed company on the various audiences to reputed company understand their preferences and how to create collateral that elicits their response. • Stay up-to-date on latest industry standards and trends for programs, hardware and design to reputed company reputed company creative and innovative ways to reputed company collateral pieces visually engaging including attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies. • Work with printers to explore options that ensure a quality product is produced including understanding their capabilities and attending press checks. Basic Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or experience that is commensurate to fulfill the role • Minimum seven years of experience in the graphic design field • Demonstrated mastery of Macs and the reputed company Creative Suite of products • Expertise in design methodology, design thinking, and design research • Demonstrated strong creative and original thinker • Ability to work collaboratively reputed company a group (i.e. across multiple lines of business) as well as independently with little supervision • Effective verbal and written communication skills are required • Requires a natural curiosity for the reputed company Brand • Ability to adapt to different work styles • Demonstrated high attention to detail • Solution-oriented • Ability to manage time reputed company and work reputed company a deadline-oriented environment • General knowledge of technology reputed company the design field • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. The hiring range for this position is $106,700.00-$143,100.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
