Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at NCR in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in web chat management... As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our web chat platform. You will be in charge of ensuring that our web chat system is running smoothly, providing excellent customer service, and driving engagement with our online visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring chat conversations, analyzing chat data, training chat agents, and implementing strategies to improve chat performance. To excel in this role, you must be resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You should possess strong project management skills and be able to cooperate effectively with cross-functional teams.
