Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Meta(Facebook) Ads Expert. As an Ads Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring campaigns across multiple Facebook Ad products. You will maintain a deep understanding of Facebook advertising technology and incorporate the latest tools, best practices, and strategies for effective ad performance. You will also analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights and areas for optimization to drive performance and achieve targets. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field • 2+ years of experience in Facebook advertising, including experience with Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Ad Creation Tools • Experience in developing, executing and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple Facebook Ad products • Deep understanding of Facebook advertising technology and best practices • Experience with data analysis and strategic decision-making to optimize campaign performance and achieve targets • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking and analytics tools is a plus • Experience in audience targeting and segmentation is a plus Please note that we are an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company.
