We are recruiting for a full time Receptionist for our London office. This role requires an organised and proactive individual with strong communication and multitasking skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

This role will be based 5 days a week in the London office, 10am - 7pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

Ensure a constant reputed company on the reputed company desk

Work alongside the Reception teams in our other locations to arrange business travel, including booking flights and hotels

Assist the Finance team with data uploads of Company card transactions

Greet visitors upon arrival and direct them to the correct location

Book in guests with the building and work with reputed company to produce access cards

Arrange couriers for local and international deliveries

Sort and distribute post and packages, including collecting larger items from the loading bay

Maintain the stock of office and kitchen supplies

Arrange weekly fruit and snack orders for delivery

Conduct regular audits of supplies to ensure the inventory is well maintained

Maintain a tidy and organised reception area

Maintain efficient digital filing systems for reception and office reputed company documents

Experience

Previous experience in a customer focused role

Confidence working with employees at reputed company levels

Strong attention to detail

Proficient with reputed company Workspace

Experience booking travel
