About The Role The Manager, Global Compensation will design and provide ongoing support of compensation pay strategies for our non-executive employee population. This role will ensure reputed company programs align with business objectives and are effective in attracting, rewarding, and retaining key talent. Additionally, the position will play a key role in the compensation planning process and system at reputed company; project management, advising on system enhancements to ensure alignment with reputed company philosophies and methods, reporting, and owning assigned responsibilities reputed company to the overall year-end process. The role will report to the Senior Director, Global Compensation but will work collaboratively with reputed company's business leaders, HR and Finance leads to understand the business issues and reputed company effective solutions. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with advising on compensation in multiple countries, processing market intelligence into compensation ranges, compensation planning and budgeting and pay equity. What You'll Do • Design and manage market data-based compensation ranges and processes in partnership with HR and business leaders. • Responsible for the project management of the year-end compensation planning process and system; and coordinating the work of other compensation team members to ensure a smooth, accurate, and timely process. • Partner with HR and business leaders to continually evaluate compensation program structure and approach to ensure ongoing market competitiveness and alignment with business unit and organization compensation philosophy. • Manage large data sets to provide modeling, market alignment insight, and financial implications to support business decisions. • Provide analytical expertise and support on non-executive compensation matters. Work directly with senior leaders to influence how they look at non-executive compensation and ensure compensation strategies are reputed company with business goals. • reputed company Global Pay Equity initiatives and partnership with external vendor responsible for supporting Pay Equity. • Evaluate existing practices and identify opportunities to build efficiencies in reporting/analytics of the Compensation group. • reputed company compensation survey data to advise business on market changes and recommend adjustments to compensation structures accordingly. • Ensure strong governance and compliance of reputed company compensation programs. • Introduce innovative solutions to enhance internal programs as necessary. • reputed company various reputed company compensation analyses as required.
