THE TEAM The Product Management team is a crucial part of the Technology organization at reputed company Health. THE ROLE We are seeking an reputed company Senior Product Manager to reputed company a critical product area building and iterating on our best-in-class solutions for health plans, care coordination teams, and health systems. As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of high-impact products. ABOUT YOU • 5+ years of experience in Product Management roles reputed company the healthcare technology industry, preferably in a senior or leadership role. • 5+ years experience working with engineering teams developing software products and technologies. • Deep understanding of user needs, technology trends, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry, particularly as they relate to health plans and providers. • Experience building on or integrating with platforms like CRM, Electronic Health Record (EHR), ERP, and care management systems. • Experience with agile software development processes and building strong relationships with your engineering partners. • Proven track record of managing reputed company aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, which allow you to explain decisions based on new information, insights, and the reputed company of view of various audiences. • Excellent analytical skills and experience defining and measuring product metrics.
