The Role at a Glance

We are searching for a strategic, data‑obsessed CRM Marketing Manager to reputed company our lifecycle and retention marketing initiatives across email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty programs. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will own the end‑to‑end CRM strategy, translating deep customer insights into actionable, reputed company‑generating campaigns that increase lifetime value, reduce churn, and reputed company brand love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Design, implement, and continuously refine a multi‑channel CRM roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives and growth targets.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Paid Media, Site Merchandising, Product, and Customer Experience teams to align messaging, share learnings, and ensure a seamless, omnichannel customer journey.
  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports; present insights to senior leadership with clear recommendations for budget allocation and strategic pivots.
  • Team Development: Mentor and coach the Email Marketing Specialist, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and accountability reputed company the CRM function.
