QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in corporate/client management. • Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining excellent corporate/client relationships. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. reputed company. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to meet deadlines. • A proven track record of hitting and over-delivering on targets. • Experience working with corporate clients is a plus. • Bachelor's degree or higher. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Acquisition: Establish connections with new corporate partners. Proactively reputed company out to major global companies daily, showcasing The Diversity Org's impactful initiatives and converting them into long-term partners. • Development: Work with corporate partners to introduce our professional development workshops and pair our reputed company with their needs/interests. Effectively utilize provided sales decks and assets to communicate our value proposition. • Retention: Maintain relationships with corporate partners to ensure their reputed company engagement with The Diversity Org's programs and initiatives. • Training and Support: Extensive training will help staff carry out reputed company listed responsibilities and succeed in this role.
