Description: • Works from home and interfaces with customers reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. • Assists members with their insurance reputed company needs including billing inquiries and policy questions. • Provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. • Represents a leading Property & Casualty client. • Must have an active reputed company license to sell P&C insurance. • English and Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged to apply.
