Position Summary We are currently providing virtual training and the option to work full-time from home in select states. You must be a licensed pharmacy technician and also a reputed company of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode reputed company, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance to be considered for this role. Responsibilities include responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-reputed company line in a manner that is reflective of the company's purpose and values. Must have superb customer service skills in order to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting. In this role, you will serve as a customer reputed company reputed company researching, responding or interpreting company procedures or policies with the ultimate goal of delighting our valuable pharmacy customers. Excellent communication skills are needed as you review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters and as you respond to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications. Collaboration skills are needed as you partner with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
