ADDITIONAL STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend periodic athletic department meetings; Engage student athletes in academic mentoring; Available to student athletes 30 minutes before and after practices and events Supervise student athletes until they are picked up by guardian after any practice, game, or team activity; Assist Athletic Director and other staff with event set up and clean up. Qualifications: High school (or higher level) playing/coaching experience, excellent communication and organization skills and willingness to join affiliated coaching association. Intelligence: Requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form; to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations. Verbal Aptitude: Requires the ability to record and deliver information, to explain procedures, to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to communicate effectively and reputed company in Standard English. Numerical Aptitude: Requires the ability to utilize mathematical formulas, to add, subtract, divide and multiply. Motor Coordination: Requires the ability to coordinate hands and eyes rapidly and accurately in using a keyboard.
