Job Overview We are excited to invite a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our innovative team, playing a crucial role in the advancement of our platform. This position is integral in establishing strategic partnerships with our enterprise clients and prospects, serving as a trusted advisor and product expert. Your success will depend significantly on your ability to apply your expertise in integration patterns and APIs. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to design and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for our clients, partners, and prospects. • Serve as a trusted advisor for customers navigating digital transformation. • Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate how our platform addresses customer challenges. • Interact with a diverse group of stakeholders to effectively communicate the value propositions of our platform. • Represent our platform at user conferences, webinars, and marketing events. • Utilize sales methodologies to improve the likelihood of securing business from our customers. • Employ technical discovery methodologies to assist the sales team in identifying technical compatibility. • Work alongside product and engineering teams to improve our offerings and influence our product roadmap through customer insights. • Provide valuable feedback and direction on customer needs to the product development team. • Mentor junior sales engineers and assist in their development. • Create and maintain reusable content such as presentations and demonstrations. Required Skills • Builder mentality • Strong active listening capabilities • Proficient in effective communication with clients at various organizational levels • Exceptional presentation skills for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication proficiency • Hands-on experience with integration products or working with APIs in languages such as Java, C#, and Python • Familiarity with applications such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and BMC is highly advantageous • Comprehensive understanding of APIs (RESTful and SOAP) • Experience with tools like reputed company and SoapUI • Willingness to travel 10-25% Qualifications • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred. • A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the integration domain. • Previous presales experience is a plus.
