Starting wage for this position is $19.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience

• This position is a 20 hour per week position
• Must be able to work Mid-shift or evening hours
• Must be available to work Sunday and Monday

• Guest room preventative maintenance such as painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks, and HVAC cleaning
• Repair items brought to attention by property guests
• Perform minor building and equipment preventative maintenance tasks
• Assist in maintaining the pool and whirlpool spa area
• Maintain the grounds, landscaping, outbuilding and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe, and attractive manner
