Position Details Location: Hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) City: Scottsdale, AZ Shift: Monday to Friday, with flexible availability between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM. Compensation: $23 per hour Key Responsibilities • Deliver outstanding client service by managing inbound calls and acting as the primary contact for clients. • Address client inquiries, resolve general account issues, and provide digital assistance, including handling escalated matters. • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and effective client relationship management. • Adhere to established protocols to fulfill client requests and reputed company research for intricate queries. • Operate autonomously to identify solutions while achieving departmental efficiency metrics. • Record client and team feedback to contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
