Job Title: Front Desk Associate - Remote | WFH Job Overview We invite you to become a vital part of our team as a Front Desk Associate, where you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and support for our in-house programs. In this role, you will handle essential tasks such as issuing rental skates, processing registrations, and managing billing operations. Key Responsibilities • Extend a warm greeting to each customer, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. • Accurately record sales transactions, manage registrations, and efficiently handle payments. • Perform routine administrative duties, including answering phone calls, filing, and updating program boards. • Uphold a tidy and inviting environment for both guests and team members. • Enroll customers in various programs, including hockey leagues. • Offer detailed information regarding facility options, entertainment, sports, and relevant rules and regulations. • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of all in-house programs. • Ensure all participants in public programs complete the necessary online waivers. • Assist with the setup and takedown of on-ice partition boards, nets, and other essential equipment as required. Required Skills • Strong customer service aptitude with a genuine desire to assist others. • Dependable team player who maintains a positive demeanor. • Competence in reading and interpreting written instructions. • First aid certification is advantageous. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service is preferred. • A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
