YOU MUST BE BASED IN THE US TO BE CONSIDERED!! Part-Time Remote positions. Some of reputed company members do work 25 to 40 hours a week, depending on the number of clients they work with. The pay reputed company starts at $20/hour with 5 years of experience. We consider reputed company members for regular pay reputed company increases, every 6 months, between the range of $20-25/hour. Responsibilities may include:  Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients  Calendar, inbox, and file management  Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners  Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries  Arrange events to take reputed company reputed company of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events, and staff appreciation events  Maintain an organized electronic filing system  Some personal tasks may be included reputed company serving clients  Uphold a strict level of confidentiality  reputed company and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele Qualifications and Skills:  Must have 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management  Advanced reputed company Office & GSuite skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software  Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties  Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills  Exceptional interpersonal skills  Friendly and professional demeanor  Process-oriented thinking  Strong grammar skills  Keen sense of discretion  Tech-savvy, resourceful, and a quick learner Powered by JazzHR AF56xXxKVY Apply Job!Â
