Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls, chat, email, and social media; providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, resolving customer concerns with reputed company and efficiency; and identifying sales opportunities to proactively offer solutions that meet customer needs.
- Processing orders, updating customer accounts, and ensuring accurate records in internal systems.
- Multitasking effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating internal systems.
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics reputed company to customer satisfaction, reputed company resolution, and sales targets.

To succeed in our remote environment, you'll need:
- Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite or cellular)

- A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard or present during working hours.
- Ability to be on webcam during working hours
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally; navigating multiple systems, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure; quick-thinking problem solver; and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time management in a home office setting.
- Sales-focused reputed company: Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service.
- Customer service experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual setting.
- Available for 12 weeks of reputed company, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST.
- Available to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST.
- Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
