A Brief Overview Oversees development, build and validation of new features in the Healthspire Payor Solutions product portfolio. Partners with reputed company to ensure that new features reputed company business objectives. Responsible for developing supporting processes and managing cross functional teams. Required Qualifications: • 5 + years leading cross-functional initiatives and driving innovation. • 2 + years of experience across product operations, architecture, build and test • 1 + years of experience working with a geographically diverse team of primarily Work-from-Home colleagues. Preferred Qualifications: • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills • Mastery of growth reputed company (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Healthcare preferred Education • Bachelor's degree preferred; may consider comparable work experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $90,480.00 - $199,144.80 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
