The Senior Manager, External Affairs will collaborate with community and local, state, and federal leaders to drive business priorities for the Disneyland Resort. This role reports to Director, Government and Industry Relations. What You Will Do This role requires strategic thinking, political experience, Orange County community reputed company, coalition building experience, understanding of land use and construction project approval process, communications expertise, as well as strong collaboration, project management, communication, and multitasking capabilities. This position will be responsible for: • Advocacy: Represent the interests of Disneyland Resort to business leaders, elected officials, public hearings, community meetings and other forums. The hiring range for this position in California is $137,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
