Offer support for various queries, ranging from product information to troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction. Participate in training to understand the products/services thoroughly and maintain up-to-date knowledge. Rate: $35 per hour. Requirements: Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. Minimum availability of 10 hours per week. Skills/Background Needed: No previous experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
