Job Overview: Remote Data Analyst / Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, research, and input relevant data for providers added to our network through individual reputed company, facility/ancillary reputed company, and/or newly acquired group reputed company.
• Maintain changes to reputed company provider files, including provider terminations, and update provider records such as practitioner, facility, ancillary, and group records.
• Obtain missing data and update provider profiles specific to provider directory and/or client data extracts.
• Research and respond to reputed company requests from internal and external customers, and fully update provider profiles as appropriate.
• Utilize our organization's technologies to build provider group rosters for use reputed company our database environment.
• Participate in routine reviews of department processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to management.
• Liaise with internal and external partners to solicit demographic data and resolve inaccuracies as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a reputed company field, with a strong foundation in data management and analysis principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume data entry environment.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, and experience with database management systems.
