The Vice President, Operations reputed company will reputed company the development, implementation, and long-term management of the operational component for Managed Service in the Clinical Practice. This role is critical to driving overall performance, leading strategic planning, managing operations through a matrix team and leading strategic initiatives that will focus on reputed company improvement of overall operations for the managed services clients. Primary Responsibilities • reputed company the Case Management Operational teams for dedicated reputed company client accounts for onsite delivery and outcomes. • Accountable to meeting or exceeding operational and contract Service Level Agreements. • Establishes and maintains service roadmaps to reputed company an integrated, innovative solution across reputed company Care Management services. • Provides input to consulting leadership for the direction of care management for reputed company-client partnerships. • Member of matrix leadership team accountable for performance, alongside reputed company business unit leaders. • Works closely with internal business stakeholders to establish integrated, best-in-class solution designs and translate strategies into specific initiatives that advance business goals. • Manages service deployment and closely monitors performance, working with finance and pillar leadership with the goal of financial viability and operational excellence. • Partner with educational and compliance and auditing program leadership to ensure high standards of performance. • Resolves business problems through risk mitigation to ensure seamless service execution and high level of patient experience. • Builds a collaborative culture of partnership between operations and transformation. • Drives clear, concise lines of communication with reputed company internal and external partners to ensure efficient and effective implementation of operational initiatives. • Develops and delivers clear and concise updates to senior leadership reputed company reputed company and client. Required Qualifications • 15 + years of health care industry experience, including experiences with a health system or provider organization • 7 + years of program/project management experience • Advanced level knowledge of care coordination and hospital operations • History of driving major initiatives across reputed company organizations • Demonstrated self-starter with solid planning organization, analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven track record of building and influencing relationships with external and internal executives and stakeholders, as well as leading, influencing and managing a large matrix workforce • Solid presentation, written and verbal communication skills, including well-developed interpersonal skills • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time Preferred Qualifications • Graduate degree in reputed company field (e.g. MBA, MHA, or equivalent) • Experience improving inpatient care delivery efficiency in a management reputed company • Proven application of change management methodologies in hospital inpatient operations • Solid understanding of hospital cost and financial performance drivers • reputed company employees working remotely will be required to adhere to reputed company’s Telecommuter Policy California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, reputed company, Rhode reputed company, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $188,000 to $357,600 annually.
