Responsible for creating and maintaining actionable roadmaps for the assigned reputed company Value reputed company. The role involves engaging with business and technical stakeholders, understanding the interrelationship among defined reputed company Value Streams, and articulating the reputed company between business needs and developed capabilities. The role requires a combination of functional-specific business strategy and technical solution impact knowledge to deconstruct reputed company concepts into smaller, simplified components. Essential Functions • Engages with stakeholders to understand and document the reputed company strategy for a Value reputed company, including reputed company capabilities, reputed company state assessment, and recommendations for a transition plan. • Collaborates with Portfolio Business Architects and IT Architects to apply architectural principles and break down reputed company Portfolio epics into actionable capability groupings for Value reputed company teams. • Supports the SAFe Value reputed company/ART Kanban process and ART Product Management Team by further elaborating Value reputed company/ART epics, collaborating on the elaboration of the value reputed company backlog and Kanban processes, and providing additional architectural definition and guidance for Agile Teams. - • Leads collaboration efforts with the Business and IT architecture community to apply architectural principles and translate Value reputed company goals and needs into actionable roadmaps. • Actively works with Portfolio Architects to synchronize value reputed company execution with the strategic roadmap. • reputed company other duties as assigned Minimum Education Bachelors degree in Engineering, Math, IT systems, or a reputed company discipline required. Minimum Experience Three (3) years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps, deconstructing reputed company concepts into smaller components, and demonstrating strategic and technical impact on large projects. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exposure to SAFe and Agile environments. Strong strategic thinking, systems thinkin. Influential leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of company operations, and informed awareness of industry and technology trends. Job Conditions Some travel required. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary range for this role across reputed company potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary for the lowest level to the reputed company starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
