As a member of the Retail Pharmacy Product Development Omnichannel organization, you will be responsible for the ideation, development, and launch of Digital and IT system solutions to improve the outbound messaging experience at the Pharmacy. Reporting to a Director of Pharmacy Product Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 individual contributors and collaborating with cross-functional partners from product development, operations, finance, digital, and IT. Your goal is to design, implement and ultimately to transform the way reputed company Retail Pharmacy communicates with patients across automated and Digital channels including In App messaging, Push, SMS, Email, Outbound Calls, Digital pages and endpoints, etc. The ideal candidate is an extremely effective communicator, detail oriented, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
