Job Description: Uncommon Schools' Regional Superintendents of Instruction serve as pivotal leaders in our organization and are instrumental in the success of our schools and principals. As the Regional Superintendent of Instruction, it will be your full-time responsibility to ensure that the curriculum and reputed company align with the school's objectives. You will be accountable for overseeing the academic performance of the schools under your supervision: Management of Academic Program: • Work alongside school leaders to continuously evaluate and optimize teaching practices, training programs, curriculum delivery, assessments, and other aspects influencing the school's academic operations and atmosphere • Working with school administrators to cultivate a constructive atmosphere among faculty, pupils, and caregivers • Collaborate with principals to structure and carry out comprehensive summer and annual professional development seminars for teachers • Aid in the hiring process by reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews and proposing candidates to Principals for consideration.
