Inktel is currently hiring a Full-time AND a part-time Remote Fragrance Ambassador (1099 Independent Contractor role) to provide Customer Service for one of the world’s most high-end fragrance brands. Our high-end Maison, was designed in the tradition of luxury French perfumery. In this role, you will be a crucial representative who inspires and helps the customers become the best version of themselves by supporting current and prospective customers with questions on items, orders, and sales inquiries right from your home! If you are an A-Player, we want you to join our award-winning team! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicate with customers proactively and professionally across multiple channels. (Voice and Email) • Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. • Identify the root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution. • Maintain required product knowledge to deliver world-class service. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Well-spoken, energetic, and enthusiastic. • Passion for providing service excellence. • Previous experience as a Beauty ambassador/advisor or similar role is helpful! • Some knowledge of fragrance products is valuable. • MUST have fluency in English (speak, read, and write!) • High school or equivalent (Required) • Must be 18 years or older. • *PAY & BENEFITS: Pay: $16.00/hour Production (2-week training pay is $14.00/hr) Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST (Full-time) or 9am- 1pm EST (Part-time) * WEEKENDS OFF!! * • Training Schedule (2 weeks): 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday Technical Requirements / MUST have your own equipment: • Two screens, can be 2 monitors or 1 monitor and 1 laptop • Use of Windows 10 or 11 Pro OS desktop or laptop (No Macs or Chromebooks) • Hardwired internet connection directly to router- just WiFi is not accepted • High Speed Internet: Min. 45 Mbps Download/10 Mbps Upload • A working computer camera • Use of a USB headset with volume control TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS: Operating System / PC • Windows 10 or 11 Professional PC (no Macs or Chromebooks) • (Information on how to upgrade to Windows 10 Professional can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12384/windows-10-upgrading-home-to-pro ) • Two (2) available USB 2.0 or greater ports USB Headset with Microphone • JPL TT3 Evo Binaural Headset (Headband + Boom) with Tough Case • JPL BL-053+P JPL USB 2.0 universal bottom lead with volume and mute function Camera • Integrated or USB Camera with 1080p resolution or higher.
