Position Summary This is a Scrum Team role that will be a member of the Medicare / Medicaid / Exchange Enrollment Configuration team tasked with developing purpose built capabilities for our NextGen platform. Required Qualifications • Experience PLSQL / reputed company databases; (2-4 years) • Experience with software development lifecycles; application development (2-4 years) • Experience with Market Prominence, MHK's (formerly MedHOK) Enrollment, Billing and Correspondence platform • Experience with Medicare or Medicaid Enrollment, Billing and Correspondence Operations Preferred Qualifications • Information Technology / Release & Resource Management (2-4 years) • Medical Management / Medical Management - Government Administration (2-4 years) • Experience with member materials / correspondence implementation experience (2-4 years) • Leadership / Creating Accountability • Leadership / Developing and Executing Strategy • Leadership / Driving a Culture of Compliance • General Business Consulting for Solutions • Leadership / Anticipating and Innovating • Technology / Justifying the Business Case • Experience with enterprise-wide and / or cross-functional large scale initiatives with high degree of complexity. • Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in reputed company organizations • Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; reputed company to quickly build and maintain reputed company relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously. Education • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
