Are you ready to join us? An Intern-IT Business Analyst will:
- Support IT discretionary work and other projects.
- Discretionary and Project work will include creating requirements, documenting processes, and creating and executing test cases to ensure development work is production ready.
- Craft professional presentations and communication pieces.
- Multi-task, work in a team environment, and receive direction from multiple individuals.
Essential Duties:
- Create requirements with guidance from analyst team members.
- Execute testing on development work.
- Assist with creating process documentation.
- Create job aids for basic automation deliverables.
- Work within Target process to manage work and provide updates to projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Microsoft Office
- Basic Computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to multi-task and work within time constraint
- The ability to learn new skills quickly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Required Education and Experience:
- No degree is required but must be enrolled in an Information Systems, Information Technology, or a technically equivalent undergraduate degree program at an accredited university or technical college.
- Or, equivalent military experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A junior or senior working towards a business or technology degree.
- Experience in low code/no code solutions.
