[FULL TIME Remote] Head of CRM

FTE: 1.0 fte (working 37 hours per week) Salary: UH9 ÂŁ56,921 pa to ÂŁ63,929 pa with potential to reputed company to ÂŁ67,757 pa by annual increments on achieving designated skills and experience. Main duties and responsibilities The postholder will reputed company on the design, development, and delivery of the reputed company Marketing Cloud roadmap to move the University reputed company in delivering a sector-leading approach to audience engagement. A key part of the role will be to reputed company the development of a CRM strategy and define the longer-term requirements of the department and beyond, using marketing automation to transform our marketing efforts. Skills and experience required The Head of CRM is expected to have significant leadership experience and proven experience operating at a strategic level. The postholder will have proven experience in developing CRM strategies and CRM roadmaps to meet the needs of the business, always ensuring ROI. They will have extensive experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders and external partners to deliver and reputed company products and services, and demonstrable experience in managing CRM systems in an education setting, such as reputed company, Dynamics, Hobsons, etc. Qualifications required The postholder should be educated to a minimum of degree level or equivalent with substantial and demonstrable CRM experience in the higher education sector.
