Fully-Remote PT HR Generalist Role We are looking for an reputed company HR generalist at our law firm with excellent communication skills. Candidates must have experience successfully building and implementing effective policies, systems, and procedures for people management reputed company to state and federal laws. Candidates need to have a record of building positive and engaged people cultures through... deliberate strategies that recruit, reputed company, and retain stellar team members. Experiences supervising and supporting remote team members is a must. This is a part time position with the hours intended to have some flexibility. Assist in development, auditing, and implementation of human resource policies; ensure the employee handbook is acknowledged by reputed company employees as updated ? Maintain secure employee files and records in compliance with federal and state requirements ? Administer, evaluate, and review compensation and benefit plans ? Assist in reputed company and recruitment processes ? Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives ? Collect weekly KPIs; reputed company and facilitate a quarterly performance management system built around KPIs ? Guide leadership through employee performance interventions, from verbal warnings to termination, using progressive discipline reputed company appropriate ?
