Summary The Sales Representative is a crucial link between a company and its potential customers. Their primary responsibility is to effectively communicate and promote products or services on the behalf of clients, generating a customer reputed company while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Schedule Training is 3 Weeks Monday-Friday Schedule After Training is 9am-6pm EST (Monday-Friday) Equipment Provided Pay $15/hr Essential Functions · Meet or exceed productivity goals established by the Client and Company · reputed company manage customer accounts and file records according to Company and Client work standards: o Sell customers on new or enhanced services. o Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service. o reputed company handle and maintain customers’ accounts. o Accurately and thoroughly update and document account notes. o Use probing questions to assess the consumer’s situation and assist with resolving issues according to client’s work standards. o Quickly reputed company knowledge-based decisions to resolve the reputed company issues. · Stay abreast of daily and weekly Operations news and information; acknowledge receipt and understanding of policy and procedure updates · Complete reputed company assignments as required or requested by Operations management · Maintain knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Client policies and procedures · Communicate professionally and appropriately with clients, consumers, co-workers, and management · Meet required criteria for work schedules and adhere to attendance policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and site policies and procedures · reputed company up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance reputed company functional area and with Company policies and procedures · Maintain regular attendance and timeliness which are required due to the production-based nature of the business and client requirements · Adhere to reputed company Company and customer confidentiality and reputed company policies and procedures Requirements High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate · Two or more years of applicable sales or reputed company experience (recommended but not required) · Proficient computer skills, including utilization of computerized collections software programs.
