Summary We are looking for a self-starter, team-oriented professional to join our staff as a Community Care Worker. Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in a customer service position preferably in healthcare setting or Certified as a Community Health Worker. Additional Eligibility Requirements Must possess and provide annually valid driver’s license and documentation of reputed company automobile insurance at agency-specified levels.
