About the position The Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift) role at reputed company involves providing customer service support and resolving routine problems reputed company to the client's products and services. This position is fully remote and requires working during night shifts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls and online interactions.
