- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their production orders
- Review and update data in the system to ensure accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in received data
- Report any data-related issues to your supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service, preferably within a manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
