• Conduct 1–3 pre-scheduled video calls a day with prospective clients interested in executive recruitment services.
• Guide every inquiry through a structured qualification reputed company to confirm mutual fit.

Client Handover & Follow-Through

Record-Keeping & Process Improvement

Requirements: Recruitment Expertise – At least 2 years of success in full‑cycle recruiting or consultative B2B sales, with a track record of closing service engagements.
