Job Description- Advertising Sales- phone sales cold calls B2B MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH OUTBOUND B2B SALES CALLS

• Must be able to work West Coast Business Hours, can work from anywhere in the USA.
• Must have outbound sales experience or a cover letter defining how experience will relate to this job

Work Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST/PACIFIC TIME ZONE (or 9 AM to 6 PM PST) About us: We Sell Sponsorship Advertisement Space for a Charity Program Publications- Fundraising background is helpful. Comp Plans Flexible Programs: 1) Become a full-time or part-time W2 Employee after 4 to 6 weeks production as an Independent Contractor. Pay based on generous commission plan starting out. Available for Fulltime and Part Time Pays 29% plus excel bonuses for all sales made. (earn $32,000 to $75,000 annually, based on number of ads sold, 1 vs 2 per day) Unlimited Opportunities, P/T and F/T

• One can remain as an Independent Contractor or convert into a W2 salary and commission plan after 4 to 6 weeks of consistent sales production.

Selling 3 Ads Per Day can earn over $100,000 per year (Not yet accomplished)

• Qualify for a Guaranteed Salary and Commission Program, based on production of 4 ads sold per week, after 4 to 6 weeks.
• Company can accelerate pay during the first two months, sell and be paid within 3 days or less from the sale date. For those that need immediate cash flow, this program can provide immediate relief for those on the commission only plan.

2) Pay Per Call (Fulltime Only) - Be paid for outbound calls made daily, plus commission. Limited opportunities. Pays minimal commission compared to plan one listed above. Earn $1,000 to $2,000 per month for outbound calls made, plus commission. ($50 for every 100 outbound calls daily, $60 for every 120 outbound calls, $100 per day for 200 calls daily) Must close deals to qualify for payment. Total Compensation at 200 calls per day, over 20 working monthly days, plus a minimum of 16 ads sold in the month equals $24,000 annually. Sell more than 16 ads in a month, earn more. 3) W2 Guaranteed Salary and Commission- Full-time and Part-Time Sales (Qualification after 4 to 6 weeks working plans 1 or 2 above) Pays $1,900 per month guaranteed salary for full-time, plus 24% for all sales over sales hurdle. Earning $34,000 to $80,000 annually during the first twelve months, income can grow to be over six-figures in years two and three based on renewal/residual income earned. Selling 3 Ads Per Day can earn over $100,000 per year (Not yet accomplished) 4) Team Leader Sales Manager Opportunities for those that excel after six months consistent production. Earn $1,600 to $3,200 per month override from a four-member team production, plus guaranteed salary and income from individual ads sold. Equates to over $100,000 annually for those that excel.
