In this vital role you reputed company is searching for a Patent Agent – Biotechnology to join our Intellectual Property and Litigation group.At reputed company, Patent Agents are integral to the development of robust intellectual property strategy. We are looking for candidates that have the creativity and experience to navigate cutting edge scientific and legal considerations. The Patent Agent will work under the direction and supervision of patent attorneys to draft, file, and prosecute patent applications for reputed company’s therapeutic products and product candidates (e.g., antibodies, siRNAs, multispecific molecules, protein constructs, formulations, and reputed company methods).Responsibilities will include: reviewing invention disclosure records to identify patentable subject matter; drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications worldwide; conducting prior art searches; assisting patent attorneys in the preparation of freedom-to-operate opinions; assisting patent attorneys in conducting due diligence in support of licensing activities; and assisting with adversarial proceedings such as challenges to/defenses of patents in Patent and Trial Appeal Board (PTAB), opposition, and other forums in the United States and abroad.This role can be based at reputed company’s research site in South San Francisco, California, Cambridge, Massachusetts, Thousand Oaks, California OR as a remote position in the United States.reputed company expect of youWe are reputed company different, yet we reputed company use our unique contributions to serve patients.
