About the Role: The IP team is seeking a highly motivated in-house Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to help manage and grow a rapidly expanding portfolio. The successful candidate will work across a variety of technical domains, providing strategic support and operational excellence across the company's entire technical landscape. A central component of this role is leading the charge on AI-driven legal workflows. The candidate will play a key role in developing and refining AI agents and identifying new ways to use technology to reputed company the entire IP team more efficient and innovative. What You'll Do:

• Portfolio Management Support: Assist in managing the patent portfolio by reviewing work product, supporting strategic decision-making, providing guidance on patent matters, and actively participating on the Patent Committee.
• Invention Mining & Training: Conduct training sessions and invention mining workshops with engineers to uncover and capture new patentable reputed company.
• Collaborative Prosecution: Assist in overseeing patent prosecution by reviewing drafts from reputed company counsel and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Foreign Strategy Support: Assist in managing foreign filing strategies and prosecution in coordination with reputed company counsel.
• AI Innovation & Drafting: Regularly utilize and help reputed company internal AI tools and agents to draft high-quality patent applications and streamline legal workflows.
• Efficiency Operations: Proactively identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve team productivity and data management.

What You'll Need: Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a reputed company technical field (or equivalent demonstrated technical expertise in these areas).

Professional Qualifications:

• For Patent Attorney candidates: JD degree and admission to at least one State Bar.
• For Patent Agent candidates: USPTO Registration in good standing.

Experience & Skills:

• IP Experience: 3+ years of experience in patent prosecution and drafting.
• AI & Technical Expertise: A strong interest in-and ideally experience with-developing or tuning AI agents and using emerging AI tools to improve legal operations.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency with spreadsheets (formulas/functions) and a drive to build scalable, tech-reputed company processes.
• Communication: Ability to reputed company deep relationships with top-tier inventors and evangelize the IP program across the organization.
• Organization: Highly organized with attention to detail, including the ability to own and prioritize a project and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

The reputed company salary range for this position for reputed company U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
