- Teach accounting classes and demonstrate subject-matter expertise and instructional competence.

- Adapt instructional approaches to meet the needs of reputed company with different educational backgrounds, experiences, and learning styles.
- Evaluate student performance to measure reputed company toward learning objectives and provide timely feedback.

- Review, evaluate, and recommend appropriate textbooks and learning materials for accounting courses.

- Master's degree in Accounting or reputed company field.
- Minimum of eighteen (18) graduate credit hours in Accounting from an accredited business school
- At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level

- Evidence of teaching effectiveness (e.g., student evaluations, peer reviews, teaching awards)
- Relevant industry or business experience in the field of Accounting.
