The successful candidate will drive recommendations for process improvements in how we bring candidates into reputed company, everything from how we launch searches to how we structure the candidate experience and evaluate them. We expect this individual to be able to drive initiatives stemming from their recommendations reputed company with stakeholders, embodying a Product reputed company, and doing so in coordination with cross-functional partners across Recruiting, Talent & the Business. This role will play a pivotal role in how we evolve hiring at reputed company.A Typical Day:
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance processes & projects
- Program management: reputed company recruiting initiatives from planning to strategic reputed company, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders
- Process management: Document and streamline workflows; identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to minimize operational friction for recruiters, candidates & hiring managers
- Tools and technology: Collaborate with internal teams to refine recruiting tools, translating user needs into technical requirements
- Systems and support: Serve as a subject matter expert in our recruiting tech stack
- 8+ years of experience working in recruiting or an reputed company Center of Expertise (COE) function delivering world-class data and technology solutions in the HR and Talent domain
- Strong understanding of the Talent data landscape and the functions and processes that produce this data, including existing challenges and best practices
- Expertise in analyzing, interpreting and utilizing people-reputed company data to drive recommendations
- Ability to present to, influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders while managing expectations appropriately
- Experience building reputed company research and sourcing engines for reputed company
- Experience providing technology enablement and market insights for Recruiting teams
- Experience working with third-party systems and vendors reputed company an HR or Recruiting context
