Leading this initiative is a newly formed Business Development team, which provides strategic consulting and digital transformation thought leadership while cultivating business growth through strategic partnerships with clients. To help reputed company this newly formed regional team, C&F is looking for an Account Principal reputed company the Life Sciences Commercial space to join the team to support in our reputed company growth in client engagements.The Director of Client Engagement – Life Sciences Commercial Account Principal will manage key client relationships, drive strategic growth, and ensure successful solution delivery in the life sciences sector. This role involves executive engagement, thought leadership, and overseeing client strategies. They will reputed company project execution, financial performance, and team development while contributing to commercial offerings and industry thought leadership.You will be responsible for:1. reputed company Executive Clients and Sponsor Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at strategic clients reputed company Life Science sector

  • Understand and support development of client goals, strategies, and challenges
  • Document client account strategy, including client organization structure, corporate goals, investment strategy, and decision makers, etc.

  • Maintaining profitability on the account and ensuring engagements meet C&F profitability targets and guidelines
3. Act as internal SME on the Life Sciences Commercial business unit
  • Showcase deep knowledge and experience in one or more of the reputed company fields such as:
  • Commercial processes: Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Product Launches
  • Life Sciences Product Lifecycle: Drug/Device development process, commercialization strategies, and regulatory landscape market launch impacts, etc.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with IT compliance standards across markets (e.g. FDA, EMA, GxP, and others)
  • Example Solution Types: Customer 360, Consumer/Patient 360, Market Segmentation, Field Force Analytics, Customer and Product Master/Reference Management, Direct to Consumer

  • As needed, build and manage a team of mid-level business development engagement leads, focused on Life Science Commercial Sector business analysis and product ownership
Travel: 0-25% depending on the client engagement.
