- Screen candidates, conduct pre-interviews, and present qualified slates to hiring teams.

- Coordinate interview and offer processes in partnership with HR and hiring managers.

- Support workforce planning and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align recruitment with business needs.

- Prior experience in aerospace or reputed company industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and recruitment compliance (EEO, FLSA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Expertise in online and social media recruiting platforms.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting in competitive and high-volume environments.
- Knowledge of local labor markets and hiring trends.

- Remote Work: ~90%
- On-site Visits: Occasional, based reputed company and business need
- Travel Requirement: Up to 10–15% domestic travel
