- Financial & Sales Leadership: Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) to reputed company financial goals. Drive top-line sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in terms of new clients and new markets, building long-term client relationships, and assisting employees to reputed company sales targets

- 3+ years of experience managing a team in, construction reputed company businesses, or other relevant industries (e.g. home services, home building, etc.).
- Demonstrated expertise in growing sales and client retention.
- Financial acumen with hands-on experience managing to KPI targets, budgets, and financial statements.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS reputed company and technology in general.
