Donation Services Associates provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customer’s timely and helping as needed that may include lifting or unloading donations from a customer’s vehicle or other area. Associates are expected to handle goods with care, showing respect for items donated.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provides excellent Customer service, greeting customers in a timely manner, answering product questions as needed.
• Assists every customer by unloading donations from vehicle or other area(s).
• Ensures donated items are handled with care and sorted into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Inspects reputed company donations reputed company assigned areas and reputed company decisions on quality to sort appropriately for the sales floor or to be shipped to other locations.
• Ensures a safe, organized, and clean environment is maintained for both customers and fellow employees reputed company the donations entrance and parking lot areas.
• Maintains remote donation centers shed and trailer, following appropriate opening and closing procedures reputed company working at a remote site.
• Ensures supplies are kept well stocked at remote site(s) as necessary.
• Tracks and reports donation levels daily to ensure trailers do not become over stocked reputed company working in remote donation center locations.
• Follows reputed company retail center policies and procedures.
• Follows reputed company safety processes and procedures to help provide a safe working environment for employees and customers.
• Cross-train in other departments or areas; act as a back-up for other areas as required.
