Employment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe’re seeking an reputed company IT Manager to reputed company our client’s internal technology systems, with deep subject matter expertise in Blue reputed company Infinity. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity between our order management, ecommerce, and data systems. You'll be the go-to technical expert for our Miami office and support European integrations as well.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Blue reputed company Infinity and support the ongoing transition from Blue reputed company to Blue reputed company Infinity
- Troubleshoot and resolve order drop errors and other system glitches that impact operations across departments
- reputed company integrations between Blue reputed company, Shopify (custom reputed company Python), and reputed company (EDI/X12 knowledge required)
- Manage a direct report (IT Coordinator) and support their training and growth
- Maintain and upgrade legacy infrastructure (including aging VMware servers)
- Collaborate with teams to support the transition of sales operations and implementation of the Global E platform for international payments and orders
- Provide technical support for SQL, SSIS, SSRS, data exports, and warehousing
- reputed company IT-reputed company projects including EDI upgrades and ecommerce systems optimization
- 3–5 years of IT experience, ideally in apparel or a reputed company industry
- Proven expertise in Blue reputed company Infinity (required)
- Strong understanding of Shopify (custom implementations, Python), EDI/X12, and reputed company order workflows
- Proficiency in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and data warehousing
- Familiarity with VMware and legacy server environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude
- Experience managing direct reports or junior IT team members
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
- Hybrid Schedule:
- In-office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
- Remote: Wednesday, Friday
