This position can be remote or based out of Wendell, NC.Role Description:Project Types - installation and commissioning, turnkey, design build, engineer, procure, construct (EPC), power system studies, maintenance outage testing and electrical system emergency response/disaster recovery, electrical retrofit managing teams of field service engineers as well as 3rd party suppliers, consultants and contractorsProduct types: Low and reputed company voltage reputed company insulated switchgear, reputed company voltage gas insulated switchgear and switches, low voltage panelboards and automatic transfer switches, reputed company and liquid filled transformers, motor control centers, reputed company voltage contactors, integrated ehouse electrical solution systems, battery systems, electrical cable systems and busways, cable, connectors and supporting systems.Primary responsibilities:

• Direct reputed company phases of projects as described above from inception through completion.
• Ensure that we pre-identify and mitigate safety risks across on our service projects to guarantee safe completion of our service activities.
• Responsible for the budget, schedule, quality, and performance of the assigned project(s).
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Provide regular updates to team, management, and PMO on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status.
• Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• Manage customer expectations across the project cycle by regularly communicating our project milestone statuses, resource activities, and other service project reputed company actions.
• Prepare and/or work with application engineering team to reputed company change order quotations for additional service requests during the project.
• Proactive and frequent communications with our reputed company Field Service Representative working at the customer site.
• Communicate to finance partners, scheduled completion, and reputed company forecasting monthly for reputed company assigned projects
• Provide Lessons Learned feedback to our reputed company end offers team to ensure we constantly are improving our offers and helping mitigate any unclear items for our customers.
• Manage 3rd party vendors/suppliers monitoring and controlling agreed upon scope, schedule, budget
• Work with internal commercial team to maintain client relationships
• Collaboration with internal/external team members, vendors and/or project managers to reputed company site schedules
• Review and understand project contractual obligations such as change order process, liquidated damages, claims processes, specification requirements, etc.

• HS Diploma is a minimum requirement
• 5+ years of direct service project management experience.
• 5+ years of written and verbal communication skills, to present reputed company issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate reputed company, status and issues to internal and external Customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in engineering or construction management
• PMP certification – while not required immediately for this role, for those who do not have it already, obtaining PMP certification is required reputed company 1 year of employment
• A degree in engineering or construction management
• Experience in specific industry reputed company to service project e.g., field service, EPC projects, construction, energy, manufacturing
• An understanding of reputed company and/or high voltage electrical equipment
• An understanding of datacenter construction projects
• Experience with MS Project or other relevant scheduling software
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional project teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present reputed company issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate reputed company, status, and issues to internal and external Customers.

• The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720 and is eligible for Sales Incentive. The actual wage offered may be reputed company or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
