They will be responsible for preparing and analyzing reporting activities required by generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).What you'll be doingWhat you'll be doing

• Prepares and analyzes financial statements, supporting schedules and other reporting deliverables.
• Conducts financial analysis on consolidated and business unit results, including providing ongoing support for the business unit teams and our various other business partners as needed.
• Identifies and researches reporting topics arising from application of accounting principles and standards and rules and regulations of the SEC and other regulators.
• Maintains knowledge on reputed company and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in reputed company and future solutions.
• Participates in accounting reputed company including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepares internal management reporting.
• Prepares quarterly and annual SEC and regulatory filings.
• Prepares and/or reconciles other financial data for Investor Relations.
• Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
• Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives reputed company assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
