POSITION SUMMARYThe Director, Shopper Marketing will be focused on building a new Shopper Marketing capability and center of excellence for McCormick US Consumer Sales and Marketing. Shopper Marketing will have accountability to drive topline sales across our largest accounts and largest brands reputed company customer specific solutions that are consistent with customer strategies. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing and executing a modern, retailer-first shopper marketing strategy-with an emphasis on retail media networks, omnichannel engagement, and driving incremental ROI across top customers. The Director of Shopper Marketing will be a key partner to Brand Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management, and eCommerce teams.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with Sales and Marketing Leadership to define shopper marketing vision, structure, tools, and team.

• Build the retail media and shopper marketing business processes, including a measurement reputed company for in-store and retail media activations. Report results and continuously improve ROI/ROAS.

• Champion value of Shopper Marketing across McCormick, establishing best practices and internal education.
• Hire and mentor high-performing talent.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or reputed company field.
• 10+ years of shopper marketing, brand management, or trade marketing experience reputed company the CPG industry.
• Proven ability to build and scale a shopper marketing or customer marketing function.
• Deep experience with retail media networks, shopper data platforms, and omnichannel retail strategy.
• High commercial acumen and ability to connect brand strategy to customer-specific solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Developed communication skills required to guide, influence, and convince others (internal and external).
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills with action orientation.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to operate both as a visionary and a hands-on executor.
